Continuing to build leadership and professionalism in the early learning and care sector is one of the College’s strategic priorities. In previous years, the College conducted Leadership Pilot projects. One of the key outcomes from the first Leadership Pilot Project was a shift in participants’ thinking about the value of engaging in professional learning for self-awareness, networking and learning from the broader community.
In 2020, we are having discussions with members and stakeholders to further explore and gain valuable feedback on leadership and mentoring in the profession, and we want to ask you a question:

Give us your thoughts! We’ll share them in future social media posts and Connexions issues.
